for Determining Appropriate PTC thermistor

1. Provide corresponding specification part number.

Or outlook, dimension, curie temperature (switch temperature), R25 rated zero power resistance, maximum operating voltage.

2. If the specification number cannot be settled, please provide the following technical data

1) Application and function. What kind of products PTC will be applied in and for what function

2) Outlook.

3) Application environment condition and ambient temperature.

4) If PTC thermistor is applied in the overcurrent or overload protection, it is required to provide data of operating voltage, non-trip current (or power watt), trip characteristics.

5) If PTC thermistor is applied in the time delay of lighting and ballast, it is required to provide data of maximum voltage, power watt, preheating time requirement.

6) If PTC thermistor is applied in thermal protection, it is required to provide data of operating voltage, current, temperature indication.

3. If the item 1, 2 information is unavailable, PTC thermistor sample can also be provided to us to determine its technical data.
