When using diesel fuel, low temperatures cause paraffin separation, which impairs the flow of fuel circulation. This blocks the diesel filter, causing the motor to become starved of fuel, and the vehicle to come to a standstill.

The PTC Fuel Heater warms up the fuel before the filter, keeping the paraffin in liquid phase and assuring the cranking and the running of the vehicle at low temperatures.

The Advantage of using PTC for diesel fuel Pre-heating lies in safety and saving cost consideration.

Using PTC heater to pre-heat the diesel, 0# diesel could be started at low temperature, taking stead of low temperature diesel, save diesel fuel cost.

PTC Heater for diesel oil pre-heating is temperature self-controlled, the surface temperature will not exceed its switch temperature 150C in any way.  PTC Heater  never cause diesel burning due to over temperature.

PTC heater can be assemble near the diesel outlet, pre-heat diesel before starting, thaw diesel fuel, easy to flow.

Assemble the heater near the diesel exit, and pre-heat diesel before starting, then the diesel would be unfreezed and easy to flow.

Additional Temperature control unit thermostat can be installed to achieve 5C On/ 10C Off function, or the other customer requested On/Off temperature.

PTC Diesel Tank Heater

Connect the PTC heater and pipeline in series, after pre-heating, the diesel get thawed thinned.

PTC Diesel Pipeline Heater

PTC generated heat can be conducted to pipeline outlet, thaw inner pipeline outlet and small outside area diesel. Do not need to thaw total tank diesel, therefore short unfreezing time, less battery energy consumption.

PTC Oil Tank Outlet Heater

PTC heater can be assembled in diesel oil filter, thaw the diesel inside filter.
